You're doing the workouts. You're trying to eat better. But you're STILL tired.
Here's what I see all the time:
You're waiting too long between meals.
Breakfast at 7am. Nothing until noon. Maybe a snack at 3pm when you're already crashing. Dinner at 6 or 7pm.
That's 5+ hours between fuel. Your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster and your energy is paying the price.
The fix? Eat every 2-3 hours. Even if it's small.
Protein, carbs, and fats. Consistently. All day.
It sounds simple (and honestly, it is). But it WORKS.
