As we step into 2026, I want to say this gently:
You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need a “bounce back.”
And you don’t need to punish your body to prove discipline.
This year is about:
• Feeling stronger, not smaller
• Supporting your nervous system, not stressing it
• Moving your body in ways that feel good
• Nourishing yourself without guilt
• Letting health fit into your life instead of taking it over
Your body has carried you through a lot. This year, we honor it instead of fighting it.
No extreme, no shame. Just steady, supportive habits that help you feel like yourself again.
