Banishing Negative thoughts
This course focuses on preventing negative thought patterns and helping to get yourself out of a negative thought spiral so that it doesn't escalate.
Step 1:
Take 5 long deep breaths
Step 2:
Write down all your worries
Step 3:
Cross each worry out
Step 4:
Hold the piece of paper with the crossed out thoughts, close your eyes and visualise those thoughts melting away as if they hold no weight what so ever
Step 5:
Say out loud, 'These thoughts are just thoughts and these worries are not real
