A dream come true in the heart of Lisbon…
Last week we hosted our Open Day for the recently completed Estrela Fix & Flip, and it was a truly special milestone - more than 30 people came throughout the day to visit the apartment, including investors and partner realtors looking for opportunities in this area.
The feedback was amazing.
Everyone was impressed by the spacious open-plan living area, the kitchen designed for hosting family and friends, the light-filled ensuite bedroom, and the premium finishes that reflect the care and attention we put into every detail - everything right in the heart of Estrela, one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods.
For me, this project is more than just a renovation - it’s a dream come true.
When I started this real estate investing journey, my goal was to create and renovate homes for people like me - expats who value lifestyle, design, and the joy of living in Lisbon.
A city where you can enjoy a slower pace of life, 300 days of sunshine a year, and a healthy balance between work and well-being.
Now that this dream has come to life, it’s time to start working on even bigger ones. 🌞
