Pole Flow HQ Happy Hour Hang! is happening in 14 hours
Our 1st HAPPY HOUR!
TOMORROW (4/5) at 1pm is our first PWTF (Pole with the Flow) Happy Hour! What you can expect is a virtual meeting that's similar to when we stick around after classes to chat. The items on this week's agenda are: - Answering questions and discussing PSO Southwest! - Learning more details about what tutorial topics y'all are hopefully to see. - Sharing more details about my vision for this community. - Discussing any questions or comments you may have about the mini tutorials that I've shared so far. While you're here I want to thank each of you for being a part of this. It's obv in it's infancy and I am learning as I go. Overtime my recording and editing process for tutorials will become streamlined and I will settle into a regular posting schedule! As that happens you can expect to see long form tutorials and progressive plans that baby-step you into big goals! YOU guys are growing this with me and I am very thankful for that. Thank YOU! Can you make this weeks Happy Hour tomorrow at 1pm?

👋 Welcome to Pole With The Flow!
Welcome! This community is for the celebration and fellowship of all the Pole Dance! You're encouraged to utilize this space to: 1. Introduce yourself: name, location, and home studio(s) 2. Ask questions: Have a goal and need help knowing where to start? Wondering what to expect in your first class? Been stuck on a move for a while and seeking some tips? etc... 3. Share your wins and help others achieve their goals! 4. Make new friends/accountability buddies! 5. Participate in challenges to level up your skillz! The rules are simple: 1. Be Kind! 2. Have Fun! 3. Remember we're all out here doing our best! Cheers to everyone's success! -Amanda Grant PS: What aspect of Pole Dance are you currently most focused on developing?

Competition Season?!👀
It's been brought to my attention that Pole Sport Organization's (PSO) 2026 Southwest Competition is happening in Dallas, TX on August 1st! The registration deadline is June 1st which leaves us a good amount of time to get familiar with the 5 different skill levels and performance style categories, then consider which ones best suite you so you can decide if you're interested in competing! The best thing about PSO is it's accessible for ALL skill levels! We will do a deep dive on this soon so stay with me if you're curious! There's also opportunity to perform without being judged/ranked, and they'll need volunteers which is a great way to gain access to supporting your friends! I've participated in lots of PSO events. I've won some medals, built winning routines with students who concurred what they once thought was impossible, and served as a judge and PSO ambassador. The full event packet is attached below, but also LETS TALK ABOUT IT! Would you consider competing?!
