Hello, I literally just found you and thought I'd hop in and see if this community is a good fit for me and what I want to accomplish next! I've been podcasting for 10 years, and I get around 8k downloads a month, so that part is GREAT. My audience is deeply engaged with me and my content because my podcast is about recovering from infidelity and betrayal (FLAUNT! Create a Life You Love After Infidelity or Betrayal) and when they find me they are in deep emotional pain. I am a lawyer, hypnotherapist and somatic attachment therapist and I know my work helps people immensely. It's just that my business is feast or famine and I want consistency. My challenge is using the podcast for consistent business growth and monetizing it. People will listen to me for a year before reaching out. I want to tend to their hearts and be trauma aware and in integrity, but I'm also done being the go-to free resource. I need consistent income, and to do that I need strategy. Last weekend I decided to do a little podcast SEO experiment with my show and it resulted in a HUGE download burst (Over 3,000+ downloads in a single day)!!! I’ve released 83 episodes of From Stuck to Started My podcast is my primary marketing tool & my goal is to continue to build visibility & trust (and continue to sign coaching clients from the podcast) My biggest challenge is niching my podcast. I work with a variety of clients (college students, ambitious professionals, adults newly diagnosed with ADHD) and my podcast is currently including topics for everyone. I do sign 1:1 coaching clients from my podcast, but I think I want to niche to speak directly to women business owners. I’m worried about making the change. I'd love resources on niching or to hear from other podcasters who have adjusted their messaging over time to hear what worked best for you

How are you repurposing audio only podcasts across other platforms for social media. Obviously video pods have clips.. is there anything unique you do or have seen that’s not just creating all new content for the episode you’re wanting to promote??
