The MOMENTUM Movement say Hi 👋
Hey all, my names Marc. 41 year old Husband, Father and everyday athlete from the UK. I toy’ed with the idea of going on podcasts as a guest at the start of the year but I prioritised Threads growth. Last week I had a random idea to start a Pod. We are 4 Episodes in and have a couple of exciting guests lined up….. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLes-_81DN4cU&si=o5zIVdsSaLemotwO

Audio only pod promotion
How are you repurposing audio only podcasts across other platforms for social media. Obviously video pods have clips.. is there anything unique you do or have seen that’s not just creating all new content for the episode you’re wanting to promote??

I use the host platform Buzz Sprout and you are able to make audio sound bites that look like this with relative ease. I hope this helps answer your questions. There are other ways to do this if it interests you without Buzzsprout.

5 Star Review, HAD to Share!
Review Rating: 5 Stars - Congratulations on your 5-star review! Reviewed by Richard Prause for Readers’ Favorite If you want a truly realistic take on making a marriage work, you should read Belle Gayer’s Are Relationships For Suckers? Instead of serving up the same old generic dating advice, Gayer uses her own long-term marriage as a case study to show how couples can keep their families from drifting apart and facing heartbreak. The author is candid about what it actually means to share a life, proving that deep intimacy comes from being present every single day rather than waiting around for huge, dramatic romantic gestures. She looks closely at the actual day-to-day reality of sharing a space, showing how easily a great bond can slowly wither away if you let it run on cruise control and forget to express daily gratitude. Gayer provides a helpful framework for improving your relationship, showing that staying close requires consistent attention and a deep devotion to your partner. Ultimately, she changes the narrative to prove that a great partnership is a daily choice built on active care and real integrity. Are Relationships For Suckers? by Belle Gayer is a lifestyle and personal growth guide that stands out because it treats long-term compatibility with real maturity. I love how honest Gayer is about sexual compatibility, calling it the cement that locks a marriage foundation together over the decades. I really appreciate her breakdown of the three different layers of closeness, especially life intimacy, which is all about making joint decisions and carrying out domestic and financial chores as a team. Her real-life stories are fantastic, like how she and her husband have volunteered together at a senior home every single week for twenty years to keep their bond strong. She uses simple, engaging language to tackle challenging adult behaviors like emotional detachment, accountability, and keeping your cool when things get intense. By throwing out all the unrealistic expectations about love, this guide offers a great look at how two people can create a supportive, safe space together that withstands the challenges of time and aging.
