Should you prepare questions for your podcast?
The biggest mistake new podcasters make is… Showing up with 20 questions printed out. But aren’t questions a good thing? Yes - questions can be great. But only if you’re still present in the conversation. The problem is that many cling so tightly to their questions that none of them feel genuine. They forget to feel the conversation - and instead follow a plan. Questions without presence create content. But unfortunately, it becomes content without connection (and your listeners/viewers can feel that!).

Podcast hosting
What podcast hosting do we like these days? I’ve previously been happy with Transistor but currently my previous podcast is just hosted dormant for free at Buzzsprout. I haven’t researched any of this in the past three years
Interview secret
One of the best things I’ve learned about podcasting is… To embrace the silence! When your guest says something vulnerable — wait. Count to three in your head. Nine times out of ten, they’ll keep talking (all on their own). And that’s where I always find the magic happens — not in the planned questions, but in the unexpected truths that come from your guest. Silence isn’t painful — it’s powerful!

WHO am I?
First and foremost, my name is Viktor Fræhr Mikkelsen, I am a business student in Lyngby north of Copenhagen, on my third and last year. I have a big interest in the whole media industry, and I have an idea of this is just the right insight for me to learn from, in my opinion, one of the best. -VFM
