The biggest mistake new podcasters make is… Showing up with 20 questions printed out. But aren’t questions a good thing? Yes - questions can be great. But only if you’re still present in the conversation. The problem is that many cling so tightly to their questions that none of them feel genuine. They forget to feel the conversation - and instead follow a plan. Questions without presence create content. But unfortunately, it becomes content without connection (and your listeners/viewers can feel that!).

I am planning my upcoming podcast and currently plan to publish on traditional podcast platforms but also record and edit everything on video and publish full length on my youtube channel-. If possible I would be interested in discussing advantages and disadvantages to this strategy.
