Quality Management Plan Output

Video 101 about Define Scope Output says that Quality Management Plan is an output. This is not true according to PMBOK. On p. 42 it says for Define Scope process outputs:

• Project documents

– Project scope statement

– Requirements documentation

• Etc.

Either 'Etc.' is carrying a lot, those who wrote PMBOK have been lazy, or

has made an error? This is the second time I'm seeing this kind of issue, after mentioning the same about Procurement Management Plan lacking explicit mention as an output in a process ITTO table.

Another issue is that in Andrew's own folder of Project Documents for Section 8 Processes, he puts the Quality Management Plan PDF in a folder called Manage Quality Assurance. Not in the Define Scope folder. It is an error to put a plan Project Document in the Manage Quality Assurance folder because this process is in the Executing Focus Area.
