New /PMP skill in Claude
I had Claude create a local app showing all 40 processes and their ITTOs as per PMBOK. This is to make it easy to traverse requirements in an interactive way. And see what processes feed other processes. Or the reverse. Really helpful as a new PM to see how all the processes are linked. It even went ahead and made its own new /pmp skill with four modes: study (answers tied to the exam outline), trace (what feeds a process and what it feeds), apply (placing your real projects on the grid) and sign-offs (required / signed / outstanding).

@Endo Yusei I'm just some guy with a Claude subscription ;-) Making this app so easily is amazing... but also has me wondering if a PMP is necessary?

@Endo Yusei I’m not on telegram. Sorry
Quality Management Plan Output
Video 101 about Define Scope Output says that Quality Management Plan is an output. This is not true according to PMBOK. On p. 42 it says for Define Scope process outputs: • Project documents – Project scope statement – Requirements documentation • Etc. Either 'Etc.' is carrying a lot, those who wrote PMBOK have been lazy, or @Andrew Ramdayal has made an error? This is the second time I'm seeing this kind of issue, after mentioning the same about Procurement Management Plan lacking explicit mention as an output in a process ITTO table. Another issue is that in Andrew's own folder of Project Documents for Section 8 Processes, he puts the Quality Management Plan PDF in a folder called Manage Quality Assurance. Not in the Define Scope folder. It is an error to put a plan Project Document in the Manage Quality Assurance folder because this process is in the Executing Focus Area.

Procurement Management Plan as an output
In Video 93 of the PMP exam prep course, @Andrew Ramdayal says the Procurement Management Plan is an output. According to PMBOK, it is not. On p. 99 of PMBOK in the Plan Risk Responses box, Procurement Management Plan is shown as an output. Also, the only process where it is listed as an input is Acquire Resources, p. 83. Am I misunderstanding something? I dug further, in Section 8 Processes, Andrew provides a large zip file of documents related to processes. There is a folder in there called Identify Risk and Plan risk Response. This does not, however, contain the file 'Procurement_Management_Plan_BLANK' or 'Procurement_Management_Plan_FILLED'. Instead, that is found in the 'Plan Sourcing stratey (sic)' folder. I think there has been a mix up? In a similar manner, the same video says that an output is the Sourcing Strategy Plan, or Sourcing Strategy. Neither of these is included in the folder 'Plan Sourcing Strategy'. Instead that folder contains Procurement Management Plan (erroneously, as mentioned above), Procurement Strategy and Source Selection Criteria. So it seems the files have not been named correctly. If so, this includes the title inside the document itself.

I am keen to join a study group
PMP studying partner
Hello everyone! I'm Maria Elena Mazzone, and I just joined this PMP journey. I'm looking for someone who can be interested in joining me to study together. I'm in Italy and working full-time, and my plan is to study when I'm working from home (3 days per week), usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Anyone interested in studying together sometime?
