New /PMP skill in Claude

I had Claude create a local app showing all 40 processes and their ITTOs as per PMBOK. This is to make it easy to traverse requirements in an interactive way. And see what processes feed other processes. Or the reverse. Really helpful as a new PM to see how all the processes are linked.

It even went ahead and made its own new /pmp skill with four modes: study (answers tied to the exam outline), trace (what feeds a process and what it feeds), apply (placing your real projects on the grid) and sign-offs (required / signed / outstanding).
