HOW TO CREATE A DECENT BOOK COVER WITHOUT AI??
Hey, so I’m a bit of a tech novice. I’ve used ChatGPT to help create my images and book covers, and I’ve tried Canva but for some reason, I just can’t seem to get it to work the way I want.
I’m totally broke right now, so hiring someone to design my book cover isn’t an option. I’m also not artistically inclined — unlike my sister, who is insanely talented. There’s nothing she can’t do creatively: making clothes, drawing, painting, designing, even creating lifelike dolls. I know that if I asked, she’d absolutely help me… but she’s so busy. She’s ten years older than me, has kids, runs a home, manages a small hobby farm, and breeds dogs. Honestly, she’s a machine and I just don’t want to add to her workload.
The problem is, there’s so much criticism out there about using AI-generated covers. So… what are my options?
