Social play in the garden

We tried a social play in the garden on a mat. Suki was much more energetic and joyful. Questions though please - we had zoomies; is this ok during social play? (I think looking at the video, there is a point where Suki's position moves, and that last little touch around her bum at that stage results in zoomies!). Also wanted to check if its ok to use a mat or whether this likely to become an inadvertant cue of social play (as its not one I can take with us out and about).

Also, sorry - noting sessions should be kept short - how many play sessions should you be aiming for? (Is it better to do little and often?)
