I adapted the recipe from the 1st Phorm posted recipe…I added more protein (extra chicken, added cottage cheese, more milk and more Greek yogurt). This one is going on the weekly rotation! Also, will modify to use ground beef/venison. Yall it’s delicious!!! That’s cottage cheese mixed with salsa. I saved the recipe under WHITE CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE in the app. Divided it into 8 portions.this made to eat dinner plate with everything pictured is 50 grams of protein!
