SpinGym Class Before the Launch Party

Hello everyone,

If you have your SpinGym and want to get a SpinGym workout in with a group of fellow Forbes Riley Students in, you are invited to join us. You'll have plenty of time after the workout to be ready for the Launch Party. We go on at 9am Eastern (6am Pacific). We will be done no later than 9:40.

We have a community on the GSD platform. It's better if you register earlier so your membership can be approved and you can jump right in with no delays at the live class time.

There is no cost to join or attend the classes.

We host classes every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday mornings at 9am Eastern.

Just bring your SpinGym and smile and we'll have a fun SpinGym class to help you get excited for the Book Launch.
