Another lesson from Forbes. It is so true. I have flipped over these new high protein frozen yogurt bars by N’Dulge. Chocolate fudge chip and mint chocolate chip are low sugar, higher protein, uber- licious. They had a sale and I bought 15 boxes of 3. I opened one box that was different. Turns out 3 boxes had an unknown frozen bar mislabeled. So I decided, if I don’t share what happened with the grocery store manager, I’ll never know the answer. It was over $15 going to be tossed. I didn’t know what was here. Yet the principle mattered. I remembered Forbes lesson, and I took pictures, brought receipts, and stated my case. I pitched calmly. They agreed that an employee in the plant loaded the wrong product in the wrong boxes. Instead of making me go to the manufacturer for weeks, they gave me 3 boxes of the correct flavor and he suggested that I write or call the manufacturer as he said they might give me coupons or something for at least pointing this out. Have you ever had a similar situation where you decided to follow through and ask. What were your results? I felt proud , the manager felt helpful, and a wrong was corrected.I got my YES!
