Hate to Break It to You... Creatine Isn’t Natural
You think you’re natural because you only take creatine? Hate to break it to you, but you’re not.
The creatine you buy in tubs is creatine monohydrate, a fully synthetic compound made in labs from sarcosine and cyanamide. The real “natural” version exists only in animal meat as phosphocreatine. The powdered stuff? It didn’t even exist before 1950 and that’s why supplement labels proudly say vegan. So, if your gains come from lab-made creatine, are you truly natural, or just lying to yourself?
💭 Do you still consider yourself natural if your muscle fuel was born in a lab?
