Hello, my name is Alina. I’ve never done ballet before in my life but I am mesmerised by it. I love watching The Nutcracker every year at Christmas time. I’m from Czech Republic, but my family and I live in New York now. I am excited to learn a little bit of ballet inspired Pilates from you. You are an amazing ballett dancer.

I am trying to point my feet more when I exercise to make long legs.. When I pointe my feet sometimes I get cramps? I think.. is that normal?
