CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!!!
James is down 13lbs and MASS improvement in his stomach, which has been the area that bothers him the most. Besides his weight, BIGGEST WIN is he stopped drinking alcohol. When he first started with me, he was consuming 3-4 alcohol beverages a night! He struggles with the nutrition the most, but we keep on pushing and he knows he needs to do better! LET’S GOOOOO!!!

WHAT IS A GIANT SET?
A giant set is a high-intensity workout technique where you perform three or more exercises for the same muscle group back-to-back with little to no rest in between. After completing all the exercises in the sequence, you take a longer rest before starting the next round. This method is effective for increasing muscle endurance, burning calories, and building muscle in a condensed amount of time

"Sara was one, if not the best personal trainers I have ever had. I have competed from 2015 to 2019 and never did I have a trainer like her. She is very attentive, she is detailed oriented, you can contact her whenever you need her, night or day she always answers.
