Been having anxiety still but it is ok.
I still trying to rewrite a nervous system stuck in panic mode..
I won't lie. Some days are real hard.
Especially caught up in the moment.
Yes. I donthe basic coping skills.
Breathing and mediation.
It helps. It's part of my process.
It's slow and play mind tricks on me.
The only thing I hold onto is the fact.
That it does get better in time.
With knowledge and practice I'm living.
One day at a time.
