The Wikipedia entry for misogyny is twenty-six pages long, with several subcategories, in sixty-five different languages. The entry for its antonym, Philogyny–the love and admiration of women and girls–is just thirty-nine lines. (It was only four, but I’ve since added to it. ;-)) Philogyny Party aims to change this. Philogyny Party is an essay collection and collective art project constructing the history of a word we’ve never heard of, but one that we can’t live without.
