Hello!
I know that everyone in here dont know me, but ive been in this community since the start, and been attending , mental training class using the Petanque Journal. This far i think this have been a amazing journey, not only the work with the journal but all the helpful discussions in here to.
I know all practice take time, and i have a far way to go, but this weekend at the tournament i really felt a change.
All the work with, awareness, self talk, preshot routine and less junk boule practice finally followed me to the tournament .
I stuck to the process, that made me calm and the self trust increased .
Im not saying that i went from 40% to 100% but this was a good step forward.
I didnt bring the bad self talk, the feeling of being the weakest link wasnt there, i let my misses go without giving them big attention. Just, relax, reload and shoot again.
I humble about all this and im aware that the next time it maby will be more struggle. But i believe this is something ill keep working on.
With this text i just wanted to encourage you guys to keep helping eachother in here and why not try out the work with and his Petanque Journal. ”The boule mind” series on YouTube helped me alot in the beginning to. Highly recommend all of this. Just wanted to share the good feeling i got 😀
/ Cheers 🍺
