Maybe a stupid Q, but before the Lyophilized powder in a vial, the raw peptide is also analyzed, tested for purity and other necessary components to yield a better quality Lyophilized powder?

Almost all of the vendors have a flag to the right of the Derek discount bar...it says report mission COA. What does this mean?
