Unexpected Mail Day: New Peptira Merch + Thank You! 🎁
Got a random package in the mail today from Peptira and they sent me an awesome hoodie! No peptides in this unboxing, but I did get a thoughtful note from .
I just want to say thank you to the whole Peptira team for scaling properly and keeping the customer #1. If you've ever had a customer service issue or something break, you know firsthand how quickly they take care of things.
A couple weeks after Peptira started getting a decent amount of orders, Mr. P and I had a call. He was going back and forth because Fedex + UPS were losing packages left and right or people were claiming something got lost. He said "We are going to give the best customer service in the research space and make sure the customer is always taken care of."
I think they've followed through on that and it's been a big driver behind their success.
So to everyone who's supported Peptira and me throughout this journey, thank you! None of this growth is possible without you guys, and trust me—Ben aka Mr. Peptira is doing his best to make this research space grow while setting a standard!
