Important FedEx Update for Recent Peptira Orders
Hey there β Ben here, owner & CEO of Peptira. If you placed an order between Nov 17β21, this message is for you. FedEx incorrectly flagged our account as βfraudulentβ due to the massive spike in Black Friday volume. Although they told us Thursday afternoon that the issue was fixed, we learned Friday morning that the fraud flag was still active. Because of this, around 80β100 orders may show βReturned to Senderβ or βReturn to Shipper.β Some of these are false alerts and will continue moving once FedEx lifts the flag (likely Monday). Others will be returned to our warehouse. Hereβs the action plan: -If your order was impacted and you paid for shipping, weβll refund your shipping cost (2-Day or Overnight) as store credit in your Peptira Wallet. -If your package actually returns to us, we will overnight it back to you the same day it arrives using our new FedEx account with no flags. -Youβll also receive an additional $50 in store credit if your package fully returns to our warehouse. Most customers will NOT be affected beyond a short 1β2 day delay, but we wanted to notify everyone proactively and transparently β the Peptira way.
