Sharing one option for how I reconstitute peptides when using a research pen.
This is a longer video, but I kept it in real time so you can actually see how long the process takes from start to finish.
I personally like taking the extra step from the beginning so I’m able to use a research pen for every injection. Once it’s set up this way, I feel like it saves time moving forward.
Some people prefer to just use a new syringe each time and draw directly from the vial, which works perfectly fine too. Everyone tends to have their own system.
For me, I’ve just found that setting it up this way from the start ends up being the easiest and most efficient method long term.
Just sharing what works for me in case it helps someone else learning the process.
