What are you currently working on?
Pre-season training just started and I'm looking to get a better idea of what you'll be working on this Fall :)
My priorities this season are mostly physical and mental health related. I'm tracking the volume of my training every day so I have a better overview of what my body can handle and how I should structure my training.
As for the mental training, I started tracking how I feel daily again as well as meditating consistently to ensure I'm grounded once I start jumping again.
How are you preparing for the upcoming season this Fall? What are you focused on?
