Been really bad with procrastination this summer ever since I took 4 weeks off from training. At my worst, my screen time was 6h/day, which was a clear signal that things needed to change.
Journaling and meditation have helped me focus on the things that matter. My mind's been clearer and I'm overall more focused. I've also seen a significant rise in productivity. I'm seeing myself improving every day, which just helps with my overall well-being a lot!
