Mark it “Skipped – Catch-up planned” in your tracker. Then resume. This is about rebuilding systems, not punishment. 3️⃣ Can I drink coffee during the experiment? Yes — between 9 & 11 a.m., black or with protein/fat. No sugar. 4️⃣ Do I need equipment or apps? None. Everything is home/office-ready. 5️⃣ Will Dr. M. Nafees reply to every post? I read every comment but reply twice daily (7:30 a.m. & 6 p.m.).Ambassadors may answer in between. 6️⃣ How is the leaderboard calculated?
