Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday to you all.
This Friday 5/29 we will be starting a 24hr fasting challenge.
Fasting is a great way to improve blood sugar control, allow for cellular detoxification, reduced inflammation and enhanced brain function.
I don't know about you guys, but this is going to be a hard one for me. I am a big snacker and sometimes eat quite a bit at night.
I am starting at 6am MT and would love to know who else is in for the challenge.
