To remind everyone and in order to keep conversion rates high, please remember that some buyers don’t take specific services.

HVAC: Low demand for Air Duct and Vent cleaning. Don’t sent these. Avoid Minisplits of you can overall.

Plumbing: no Septic or Sump Pump. These are different licenses and most Plumbers don’t take these calls.

Roofing is ONLY Installation and Replacement with a little Repair. No cleaning, Ice Damns, etc are taken.

Water Damage: no Reconstruction or repair, only removal and drying

Mold: only mold removal. No testing

Gutters: for high payouts only Installation and Gutter Guards. Cleaning and Repair are unwanted.

Bath: typically only wet space remodeling.
