The issue is that I'm getting calls for Commercial Electrical Services, but the representative tells the caller they don't provide commercial services yet and are waiting for the required certification before offering them. The confusing part is that my website already has a Commercial Electrical Services page, so it's expected that people will call for that service. I'm also getting calls for CCTV installation, but the representative says they don't offer CCTV services either. Has anyone experienced this before? - Should I remove the Commercial Electrical Services and CCTV pages from my website? - Is this a buyer issue that I should report? - Could this be the reason why only 1 out of my 2 converted calls was paid?
