Big News, I know you've waited all day!!
🚨 Big News
I just completed a structured coaching cycle with an infant & toddler teaching team.
Over the past several weeks, we focused on strengthening:
• Classroom structure
• Supervision and ratio awareness
• Documentation systems
• Diapering & sanitation flow
• Safe sleep compliance
• Staff confidence and communication
And here’s what stood out:
When educators are supported with clear systems, everything shifts.
Classrooms feel calmer.
Expectations become consistent.
Documentation improves.
Confidence increases.
It reminded me that strong programs don’t happen by accident.
They’re built intentionally.
That experience pushed me to formalize the systems I’ve been teaching and refining into something bigger.
