I graduated from the University of Delaware in 1994 as a Political Science major and went St. Thomas University law school , at Miami, Florida for a year and a half, 3 semesters, although I never graduated.
I believe the United States Constitution l, written in 1787-88, is the “Most Important Document” in world history because of the power and and world changing unique capabilities to this day of the USA.
