Your Property V. Common Areas? (Economic Reality)!
Do you care and take care of your own property more than “Everyone’s”? We call this “the problem of the commons.
Very few people don’t make our own homes look nice, correct? Why? Because we personally care!
Have you ever seen pictures of East and West Berlin in Germany side by side during the Cold War?
The stark difference of prosperity between Capitalist countries and Communist/Socialist one is visual!
Why has Communism been discredited as an economic system (let alone governmental) in your opinion?
It’s not just because the the Berlin Wall fell in 1989 and the U.S.S.R. Collapsed in 1991 ( Ending the 1918-1991 Existence of the Communist Soviet Union)
Capitalism has brought more people out of poverty than any other economy EVER!! (The USA became the greatest economic force in the world using the personal incentives of Capitalism (The Invisible Hand, Adam Smith)
Will the market itself (We The People) determine what is bought and sold and for what price far better than government officials could set?
