High-Gas Prices (Your Thoughts)updated
In New Jersey, since Iranian “War” , let’s say it, has began, gas prices have gone from $2.80 to $3.89 , no $4.15 per gallon!
What has been your experience?
The Straits of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf can’t be shut down by any country, as has been USA policy. If Iran has done this or does, USA policy is to sink their Navy at that point, per our National interest.
The inflated prices are due to the price of oil by the barrel, over $110/barrel certainly bought and sold on the Exchanges, probably due to perceived risk of supply.
The USA does not need Iranian oil at all, however our prices our on a global exchange.
