Patriarch Summit // Day One is happening in 37 days
Pinned
Welcome to Patriarch.
You found the room. This is where the men who registered for the Patriarch Summit — September 11-13, 2026 — gather before, during, and after the weekend. Connect with the men you'll be in the room with. Introduce yourself below. Tell us your name, where you're from, and one thing you're showing up to reclaim. You'll see this space come alive in August, leading up to the summit, to ensure you're fit for the work we're about to do. Your first move: Drop a comment below. Name. Location. One thing you're here to reclaim. That's it. The standard starts now. // Set the standard x Rob
Field Note 004 // Commitment > Compliance
Truth: Authority can force obedience. But leadership creates buy-in. You can take the Xbox. You can enforce bedtime. You can punish disrespect. You can make your child do the dishes. That's compliance. But someday they'll leave your house. Then what? The goal is never to raise a child who behaves because Dad is standing over him. The goal is to raise a man or woman who carries the standard when Dad isn't there. And that's where discipline + curiosity comes in. Standards and relationship. Boundary and interest. Strength and love. Question: Where in your fathering are you currently demanding compliance when what you actually need to build is commitment through relationship? Will post Ryan's Patriarch Live to the podcast this Saturday. You'll be able to find it here

Field Note 003 // What you tolerate, you encourage.
“What you permit, you promote. What you allow, you encourage. What you condone, you own. What you tolerate, they will emulate.” _______________________________ Truth: What you tolerate becomes the standard. Not just in your children. Not just in your marriage. Not only in your home. But within YOU. The workouts you skip. The hard conversation you avoid because it’s “not the right time.” The commitments you make that you don’t follow through on. The resentment — that feeling of “it’s not fair” — that you don’t verbalize, but that simmers under the surface. The prayers you’re just too tired to do. We’re tempted to believe that our standards, our values, our morals are things we believe. They’re not. Your standards, your morals, your values… they’re the things you repeatedly allow. They’re the ways you teach your family, your wife, your kids to interact with you. What to expect from you. And how to interact with the world. Not because you sat down and explicitly told them, but because they watched you live it. I can’t say it enough — it’s your example, the things you do (and avoid) every single day, that’s your true legacy. Who you are and what you do every single day. ➡️ What’s one thing you’ve been tolerating and excusing in yourself that’s beneath the standard you’re trying to set? It doesn’t have to be something huge. It might be something small. Don’t fix ten things today. ⬇️ Name one. And how you’ll address it. The journey of 1000 steps begin with one. Let this be it. // Set the standard x Rob

Summit Preview 002 // Walk In Authority
Doctors told him she was the sickest person in the hospital. He said himself that there’s no way that she should be breathing NOW. @Gabriel Mira's mother called him and told him something that changed everything: Whether Melissa walked out of that hospital would be determined, in a large part, by his spiritual leadership. He realized that from the outside, his family looked strong. But spiritually, he had to rise to another level. He took it to heart. And he went to war. He walked the hospital — praying and proclaiming. Not begging the Lord. Proclaiming with faith, conviction, and authority. And as he walked in unabashed faith, miracle after impossible miracle happened. Doctor's lost their sh/t. Because it wasn't possible. Gabe's lesson struck me to my core: If we’re to claim the life we desire for our wife, our children, our family — it all comes down to our spiritual leadership. And that’s bigger than knowing scriptures, showing up for the rituals, and praying when life is hard. Those are important. It’s taking God at His word strongly enough that it changes the way you live. Knowing His word. Living by it. Standing in authority. Facing the impossible knowing that you are backed by His authority. And taking action — no matter what. Your wife needs that kind of man. Your children need to see that kind of man. If your children modeled their relationship with God entirely after yours what would it look like? And is that what you want for them? This weekend — lead them in faith. Not perfectly. But with your whole heart. Listen to the preview of what Gabe is bringing to the summit this September here. // Set the standard x Rob

Field Note 002 // Legacy Is What You Live
Your children are watching far more than they're listening. They'll forget thousands of your words. They'll remember how you treated their mother. How you responded under pressure. Whether you apologized. Whether you prayed. Whether you kept your word. Legacy isn't what you leave behind. It's what you repeatedly live in front of them. Reflection If your son or daughter became exactly like you twenty years from now What would make you proud? What would break your heart? Today's Practice Choose one character trait you want your children to inherit. Live it intentionally today. // Raise them up in the way. x Rob
