Synthetic Hair ❤️
Not all synthetic hair (kanekalon) is good for creating dreadlocks. If you want to get a descent result, kanekalon has to be low-temperature, otherwise you will end up with very fluffy locks that don’t keep their shape. My favourite brand of hair is JOLLY and several month ago they made a contest on creating new colours for the brand. I have spent almost 3 days creating perfect green colours that I have never seen in any synthetic hair palettes. Around 50 different shades were created and only 5 of them chosen. Each colour is a blend of 5-6 other colours. I called my collection - Greenlight Symphony 💚 And recently I got news that they chose my colours! And they are going to be produced 🥹🥹🥹 Soooo happy! Have no idea how long manufacturing might take, but if you don’t want to wait I have created a pdf file with all the formulas and you can find it in the classroom 🥰

✨ Intro thread!
Drop a pic of yourself (with or without dreads), tell how long you’ve been in the dread game, and what made you fall in love with locks! I’ll start 👇 Six years ago I worked in a bank and hated it. I dreamed of doing something creative, but I had no idea what. One day on vacation, I saw a dreadlock course in my city. I thought, “Why not?” and signed up. The moment I started, I fell in love with it! For 1.5 years I kept my bank job and made dreads in the evenings and weekends. I learned from the best dread artists in my country and got lots of clients. Then I quit the bank for good, wanted to open a studio but life had different plans for me and I moved to Portugal, started everything again from zero, opened a studio, built quite successful Etsy shop (DreadsPati) and now I have a small team that helps me with orders. Dreadlocks changed my whole life, and I’m so happy to teach you everything I know! Grateful you’re here 🖤
