✨ Intro thread!
Drop a pic of yourself (with or without dreads), tell how long you’ve been in the dread game, and what made you fall in love with locks! I’ll start 👇
Six years ago I worked in a bank and hated it. I dreamed of doing something creative, but I had no idea what.
One day on vacation, I saw a dreadlock course in my city. I thought, “Why not?” and signed up. The moment I started, I fell in love with it!
For 1.5 years I kept my bank job and made dreads in the evenings and weekends. I learned from the best dread artists in my country and got lots of clients.
Then I quit the bank for good, wanted to open a studio but life had different plans for me and I moved to Portugal, started everything again from zero, opened a studio, built quite successful Etsy shop (DreadsPati) and now I have a small team that helps me with orders.
Dreadlocks changed my whole life, and I’m so happy to teach you everything I know! Grateful you’re here 🖤
