Tonight, we will introduce your new real world Salesforce project.

You have been appointed as the Salesforce Administrator for TaxCore Solutions Ltd, a Manchester based tax software company.
The company needs you to build a secure and structured Salesforce sales solution covering:
• User management
• Profiles
• Permission Sets
• Roles
• Data security
• Organisation Wide Defaults
• Sharing Rules
• Sales Processes
• Record Types
• Page Layouts
• Sales Paths
This is not a theory assignment.
You will build the solution inside your own Salesforce Developer Org, test the different access levels, create evidence, and prepare to explain your decisions like a real Salesforce Administrator.
Because Developer Orgs provide limited full Salesforce licences, you will learn how to test multiple business personas using one active test user.
You will go through the project overview during tonight’s class. After the session, you will be expected to complete the full project independently.
