Sharing My Learning
Today I Successfully created and configured an Opportunities Report.
Applied report filters to display Closed Won Opportunities for the Current Calendar Year.
Grouped report data by Account Name.
Configured the report to display the Sum of Amount instead of Record Count.
Enabled Subtotals and Grand Total for the report.
Successfully generated a Column Chart using:
X-Axis: Account Name
Y-Axis: Sum of Amount
Saved the report with an appropriate title and description.
Verified that the report displays:
18 Total Records
Total Amount: GBP 3,645,000.00
Prepared screenshots required for the assignment, including:
Report in Edit Mode
Report with Totals
Column Chart

Today's exercise strengthened my confidence in using Salesforce to transform raw business data into meaningful reports and visual dashboards. I also learned how to troubleshoot report configuration issues, customise chart settings, and present business insights in a professional format.
My next step is to complete the final report analysis by identifying the top donor/customer and preparing the final submission for assessment.
