Complaint Regarding Pathway AI access
I subscribed to the Extra Support Class and was informed that this subscription included three weeks of free accesss to Pathwaay AI. However, I have been unable to access the platform after the 7 days free trial period.
I have already completed my subscription based on understanding that the free Pathway AI access would be available Immediately. the issue has prevented me from benefiting from a service that was promised as part of purchase.
