So I did some Brian Storming... how to create a Party around another Party... ... sounds BRILLIANT, Right... ...well, I think So TOO: Here are three angles for building a party around an existing event: 1. Street Fair After Dark Mixer Host a PRE or AFTER party around a local street fair. Use the built-in foot traffic and festival vibe, then invite people to a nearby event space to keep the energy going with music, themed drinks, and curated networking....Ideal if it is within walking distance....but it does not have to be. 2. Concert Night VIP Hangout Pick a popular outdoor, or indoor concert and create a before or after gathering for fans. Offer themed decor, a live DJ playing similar music, and a space for people to connect beyond just standing in a crowd. Tip for success: If you go for the AFTER party... then "outfit" all your friends and others with Flyers and or QR codes so that they can pass on the invitation to people they want to invite along for the After party. 3. Park Play and Picnic Social If there’s a play, movie night, or big community gathering in the park, organize a coordinated picnic party. Branded blankets, shared food stations, simple games, and a group meetup point can turn a public event into a private-feeling experience. Each one leverages an existing crowd and atmosphere while giving people a more personal, curated party experience....that they are willing to pay for.
