New Video on Treating Back Pain (and Hip Instability)
Hello legends. I made this quick video on some exercises you can do to alleviate some neck, back, and hip issues that are common among us (definitely me). Comment with some specific issues you are dealing with in your body!
Is this something y’all would like?
Yesterday I posted a video detailing a couple of exercises I do to help treat my back soreness. I’m thinking about doing a weekly call to address people’s specific pain issues and demonstrate the solution on that call. Like this post if you’d want to be part of something like that. Let me know if there are certain times that work best.
A Guided Video for Back Pain
Hey y’all! I filmed this video for a client and wanted to share it here. My back was super stiff when I started after playing 18 earlier that day and it helped bring physical and mental relief. Enjoy and let me know how you like it!

Courses Incoming!
Howdy folks, one of the great benefits of Skool as a platform is the ability to put learning material into the classroom. In "real life" I get to help people get out of pain and improve their functional mobility. I want to bring the best of my knowledge and experience about that to this group. A lot of it is very particular to the person, but there are some universal principles that I will extrapolate as an overview and create material that goes in depth on very specific muscles/parts of the body. I have already put one video up in the classroom section, and I think that it is great...if you have sufficient background to understand what I am talking about. If anyone watches it, I would love to get feedback on what made sense and what didn't! Again, I will be doing more in depth explanations that will include graphics and references that make it more digestible. I want everyone to have the same level of appreciation for the wondrousness of the body that I do! Specifically as it relates to how you can treat yourself physically on your way to faster swing speeds, a better-feeling and prepared body as you swing, and simply: better golf. Lots of love! -NRP
