(No) Time to Practice (?)!
One of my favorite ways to do low cost/low effort/low time high return practice is to grab your highest lofted wedge and your favorite brand of ball and juggle away. 10-15 mins a day will do wonders for your hand-club-eye coordination, and 20-30 mins shows your true commitment to really shave strokes when you’re trying to push lower into the single digit handicap realm. My basic recommendation is to try and set a new record every day, and at some point you’ll be able to go infinitely long (up to the point of your grip strength, at least!). You will start to get a visceral feeling of how the ball launches off different parts of the club face with different levels of energy and start to gain mastery over one of the most used clubs in your bag. P.S. If you want a fuller breakdown of how to get started from 0, DM or text me and I’ll put the time into making a video and link it to the classroom!

Practice Plans?
How often do you practice? What are you working on right now? Anyone want to compete in practice together? Best, NRP
100 Rounds...
I am looking to play 100 more rounds this year before November 15th. #1 of 100 will be on Wednesday afternoon. I am getting the CommonGround Annual Pass and going to make full use. I am going to get at least to scratch this year...no ifs ands or buts about it.

Played the yellow tees today (one back from the front) at Aurora Hills in my quest to break par from all the tee boxes... Despite being -4 over the last 4 holes... I ended up being +3 when it was all said and done. I had 4 straight bogeys holes 3-6 leading to a +4 front 9, and dumped my drive into the water on 10 leading to an eventual double bogey. Then bogey, birdie, bogey... Then I had a 360° lip out on 14 for my birdie putt. Then I went eagle, birdie, par, birdie (3 3 3 3) on the last 4 holes (all 1-putts) to end up with a 75. Overall, thrilled to come back at the end and make some putts (14', 8', 9', 9'). Looks I'll be back at it from the black tees at Kennedy on Wednesday with @David Butler to break par and move back to play the blue tees with @Daniel Wcislo on Friday at Saddle Rock. Best of luck on everyone's journey!

!¡!¡ 69 ALERT ¡!¡!
FIRST TIME BREAKING PAR AND IT WAS A 69 LOL. 5 birdies and an eagle along with 4 bogeys for good measure (3 of them on par 3s). Confidence is at an all time high. Time to move back a tee box and do it again. P.S. Could have been a 64 or lower today. P.P.S. It’s a pretty unreal feeling.
