Over $100,000 pending to close in 2 months of work
Hey yall I wanna share something with you. 1. If you are reading this, it’s intentional. I just removed a lot of folks from this platform. 2. As you know I have been silent lately, for good reason, rebuilding my business from scratch with a new Brand. As of now I have $100k pending in wholesale fees alone, not counting the fix and flip and the 6+ retail listings I’ve also taken since Jan 1 2025. My reason for writing this to you is to find out if you are still in the Game?! If not. No worries, I get it! It’s a different landscape than it used to be. Always changing. My promise to you, is if you want my exact blue print, & you are NOT in my direct market, we should talk. I am on to something and im looking to test it in different markets with closers. Yoooo Homi The Numbers I am going to put up this year after being off for two full years + are already going to be top 1% numbers in my market. I am able to do this because I am unattached to the exit strategy outcome as long as seller wins. The Machine I am building is intentional and just getting started.
