The Numbers I am going to put up this year after being off for two full years + are already going to be top 1% numbers in my market.
I am able to do this because I am unattached to the exit strategy outcome as long as seller wins.
The Machine I am building is intentional and just getting started.

Just locked up my first contract since starting 12/23/24 and its already assigned and set to close.
