Damon Vision Roadmap - Running Jumps
I feel confident with static movements via strength, but i lack in dynamic movements due to poor elasticity. so I intend to focus on running based movements - therefore I am choosing; running jumps. My priority is to get them as high, far, and fast as possible and to try float as much as I can. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1R9rlC0jWO3es8kLCB3A4P_qLaTDZh8_weqqEt2PFlbo/edit?usp=sharing

Will get it by the end of this! (dubs are lowkey an added goal for this) Feeling hyped!

Jojo’s Roadmap - Kongquer Fear n’ Injuries
Hey guys, here’s my roadmap for these first three months. I’ll be working mainly on Mentality this whole first phase in order to prepare for Ankle Surgery at some point this year. But also training in different ways to accommodate for my shitty ankles haha 😝 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XEvvLCQ8bC_XeDzKr8MnZgMZfLb8sTqMc9OUtdUYu3g/edit?usp=drivesdk
Steph's Roadmap - Kong Preee
I've already been working on these (inconsistently), but I haven't fully mastered them and I let fear get in the way for every new or different type I find. And I think as I'm starting to face bigger or higher obstacles, I am struggling with the adjustment of running or powering into them, not losing control, and feeling comfortable and confident in this place. I feel I do this with most of my training; I'll technically "have" this skill/challenge/jump. But I let fear get in the way and often doubt myself and my abilities. I struggle to do things on my own, and often rely on peer pressure or someone else telling me I can instead of knowing with myself. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1to1G8XnWLae5THEWNoo2pIy3akRvz4GoL_XYsI_CbBs/edit?usp=sharing
