It's Official!!!
This is a brag. This is tooting my own horn. This is, dare I say this, an announcement that I now and forever consider myself an ARTIST. Damn, I meant this to be a funny but now I'm literally tearing up. And I have @Michelle Cyr to thank which will surprise no one here. I took a screenshot but you can see the actual back and forth on my Peony progress post where I put my current progress 2d ago. Michelle only just saw it cuz she had such a backlog to get through. I'm taking a moment to sip my tea and enjoy the moment, y'all.

What is going on here…
During my morning walk with Butterfly, I came across a shoe. Although this has happened triple digits in my life, I am always excited to see a shoe in my path. Not only is it a sign, it’s always such a joy to see what the Universe gave me. A cowboy boot, a child’s blinged-out shoe, or a tennis shoe. Then comes the quick look around for its mate that is usually not present, but it’s double joy when it is. Oh, and discovering the mate a mile down the road is cause for even more celebration. Today was no exception. A beautiful lilac, braided slip-on, neatly placed against the edge of the building. Enjoying what was left of the morning sun and preparing for the afternoon heat to set in. While I was taking my traditional picture to place in my scrapbook, Michelle started talking in my ear. Can we get a good shot filled with composition? Look at that perfectly divided day. The triangles are fantastic! And remember, don’t center the shoe. Put it to the side. I took pictures as though I were conducting a full photo shoot, talking out loud with the instructions bouncing around in my head. All while Butterfly looked on, supporting the joy I have found in random shoe finds for years. She’s my number one fan, and I love her dearly. So now you be the judge. Here are the pictures I took. Which one do you think is worthy of the teacher’s praise?

Would you change this angle at all?
This bud caught my eye this morning - it’s gonna bloom in September??? Wanted to capture the moment - @Michelle Cyr, would you have used a different composition for the photo (is there the correct terminology?)
Would you change this angle at all?
